  1. Sarabeth Says:
    1. I want to weigh what I weigh now, with maybe 2-3 pounds off.
    2. I will get to the gym at least four days a week most weeks when the kids aren’t sick. When they are sick, I’ll walk around the neighborhood with them.
    3. My husband and I will continue to eat a mostly vegetarian diet with some seafood.
    4. I recommit again to not eating my children’s snacks!
    5. My husband and I will plan our evenings so that exercising is a priority.
    6. More activity outside, like hiking and biking, because the kids are growing stronger and can participate with us.
  2. Elaine Says:
    1. What do you want to weigh next year? I want to lose at least 10 pounds.

    2. How fit will you be next year? I will be stretching, cycling, and hiking regularly, with workouts to keep me going inbetween.

    3. How healthy will your diet be? More veggies! Less sugar!

    4. What habits will you start to have a healthier life? My new job has a gym, so I’m going there every day (starting today). Also, I’m going to change the 3 pm tea break to either unsweetened tea or water, walk around in the building at least 3 times a day, and cycle to work every day that I can.

    5. What emotional support will you enlist in your life to help you live a healthier life? That’s a important thing that I haven’t thought about enough….

    6. What will you be like next year? More active, flexible, and alert.
