The Nike+iPod Starling Fitness Weekly Challenge

If you have a Nike+iPod setup, you can join my weekly challenge. The challenge starts every Friday. This running/walking challenge is for people who regularly log 12-35 miles a week. It is considered Level 3. If you would like to join this challenge, go to this thread on the Nike+ forum and ask to be added.

Check out Nike’s forums and find a challenge that is right for you or join the Level 3 challenge even if you’re Level 1 or 2. You can eventually work your way up to where the rest of us are!

    Hi, Thanks for doing the challenge — I’m signing up now. My running is right in the middle of the range you mentioned, but I was just wondering where the levels come from. Does Nike have levels, or did they come from somewhere else? -d

    The levels are just something that I set myself. The group has gotten so big that I’m actually breaking it up into two groups, Level 3 (10-25 miles a week) and Level 4 (20-35 miles a week). That way, you’ll have a better chance of winning a trophy. When you’re running gets better, then I’ll move you from one group to the next.
