		<description>&lt;p&gt;A cooked chicken and bag o&#039;salad from the supermarket are always good.  Also, cooked shrimp and some salad dressing with salad and couscous, which is really just boiling water is good too.  &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Good luck with the move and getting into a new routine.&lt;/p&gt;
