Wish they sold it here :-) I am not dieting anymore but it seems yummy. I like to add filling food and if I double it to 110 calories then add 1/2 cup of milk that's a lot of food.

I have never eaten puffed wheat or rice but I do eat Oatmeal in the morning and although a little higher in calories it still feels to me like I am doing something good for my body

0.3g of fat, 1.4g fiber, and 2.44g of protein? What a waste of 55 calories. You're better off having something with more fat, carbs, and protein a a few more calories that will keep you satisfied. I know I would be hungry 5 seconds after eating that :/
