So I have used Slim Fast shakes in the past and they have always worked for me. In fact, I hit a major plateau one time after I ran out and started just eating healthy regular foods, like a turkey on whole wheat bread sandwhich for lunch. Idk, some people can't deal with the fact that they aren't actually "eating" their meals, but I know other people who the plan has worked for. With losing weight (and maintainig it) its always about self-control and retraining your mind. :)

I find the slimfast optima's a nice breakfast drink with a piece of fruit (peach, apple, etc). Still, I've never considered following their "plan".
