Lost 32 lbs in six weeks, and nine months later still have it off...His problem was promoting it when it was not available in the US...Now it is and is a great way to lose weight...As I find some of the ways his company does business questionable, I find his research, and what he promotes to be very good..I have the book and agree on just about everything that is suggested..
