I think we have to keep in mind that just like we have to work at relationships with other people we also have to work at having a good relationship with ourselves.  Don&#039;t give up! Consider there will be some good days and some bad days but we are &quot;committed&quot; to treating ourselves right, and that means striving to put in our bodies what &quot;it should have&quot; and put it through the work needed to get and stay fit.  It doesn&#039;t matter that some days we disappoint ourselves - we are committed.&lt;/p&gt;
