&lt;p&gt;Personally, I think that most people are misguided when it comes to living healthily. They think that just having the occasional fruit or glass of water is good enough. I think I used to think the same way. When I was bored, I&#039;d grab an apple from the fridge and tell myself that I&#039;m doing a favor, because eating apples makes you healthier. That&#039;s true, but not when you stuff down a Big Mac later for dinner.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It&#039;s funny that the majority only opts for the &quot;eat more&quot; choices. I guess adding more food to your diet is always easier than taking some away.&lt;/p&gt;
