You may need to find a new way to exercise to kick your body into losing those last pounds.  You also might want to check to see that you&#039;re consuming the right amount of points--as you&#039;ve lost weight, you might have fallen into another points bracket and not realized it.  Other than that, you might just have to drink lots of water and wait.&lt;/p&gt;

		<description>&lt;p&gt;I have a question about weight watchers.  I am one of those people who&#039;s target goal was to lose 15 pounds.  I lost 8 rather steadily on the point system.  I exercise 5xper week and I don&#039;t even count the exercise points so that I keep my # low.
I plateaued 6 weeks ago.I kept on the flex plan hoping it would bump the plateau...no luck. I am now trying the core plan.  Any suggestions? I want to lose the last 7 pounds, but honestly do not know how.I eat healthy and exercise a lot.
