Nutrition Scales are new to the market. When I went to the Joslin Diabetes center they recommended a particular
nutrition scale they felt was reputable. I love it. You can place a food on, enter a code and it instantly gives you the carbs for that portion. This has allowed me to eye ball food and know the portion I can eat and how to regulate my insulin. You can buy a 24.99 scale and you will get what you pay for a scale. You will then need to look up nutritional information and calculate it with a calculator. I think you will be hearing a lot more about these products because American cannot stay on meal replacement diets forever.
