I am addicted to my new nike+. I no longer use a spreadsheet, was really too lazy. I am just restarting and am almost to a slow run. I love my nike+. I am glad I invested $250.00

For a long time, I used the Open Fitness desktop software. (http://www.workoutware.com). Now I use the online version called OpenFitness.net (http://www.openfitness.net).

I've never seen the iPod+Nike, other than online screenshots like you posted. I think Open Fitness is probably more planning/sharing-focused, and lets you track more different types of things (diet, weightlifting, etc), but not at the granularity you get with the Nike/iPod thing (your pace at different points of a workout, etc).
