		<description>&lt;p&gt;This is soooo true!  I have to practically force myself onto the treadmill; even though I live in a lovely rural area, 2 miles from the house and back is only 3 different views for me, and gets pretty boring.  I take one of my dogs or the iPod for variation, but still... snooze.  &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;When I hike in the woods, on a trail, or when I had the privilege of hiking in the Red Rocks in Arizona, experiencing the vortices, I can go for miles on end, feel the thrill of taking in new visual information.  Maybe a little drive each day to a new hiking spot would be worth the high-priced gas to get there!&lt;/p&gt;
