I've tested the video on PC and Mac on Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari. It has worked on all of them. Is your mute turned on?

I'm sorry I didn't update you. I DID run my 30 miles in January, but it didn't help me stop bingeing or help me lose weight.

I haven't binged for over two weeks and it has been easy for me. I wish I knew why.

Just curious, Laura, did you run that 30 miles in January? You'd said that you would join WW again, if you didn't and I don't know if we ever heard an end to that story. I believe it was a New Years resolution.
