		<description>&lt;p&gt;I have tried ww twice already and just can&#039;t do it without tracking. I have a friend who is a lifetime member who picks up the 3 month journal for me occassionaly. They are very expensive and sometimes I run out before she can get it to me. Today I googled it and and am so grateful that someone with such talent loves excel. I actually enjoy making charts and this one really inspires me. Thank-you so much.

Can you help with this.  Thanks so much.  It is a great idea.  It would be helpful to have tips on how to complete the form to receive the maximum benefits of the great work you have done.  Any tips for this?&lt;/p&gt;
