When I serve a meat meal, I use very small quantities of meat -- (100-150 grams or about 3.5-5 ounces) for two adults. I chop it fine or slice it thin and saute it with LOTS of veggies and seasonings and something saucy and serve it with rice or pasta. It's enough meat to give a bit of taste and nutrition, without being the main part of the meal. On other days I serve vegetarian meals.

I actually had made the decision to be a vegetarian. And when I started craving meat, I knew that I was pregnant, before I even took the test. And I just haven't been able to make the switch back yet.

Interesting posting though. I think I will chew on it for a while.
