		<description>&lt;p&gt;This is a constant problem with sports that include men and women on the same team.  Men and women are physically different.  That&#039;s not an insult to women or to men, it&#039;s just fact.  You can try to cater to those differences, you can try to ignore them or you can try to compensate to them.  Whatever you pick, there will always be people who are unhappy.  My suggestion would be to just be honest about what you&#039;re doing.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The softball team wasn&#039;t wrong in doing what it did, they were wrong in not letting you know it ahead of time.&lt;/p&gt;
