		<description>&lt;p&gt;Being thin is the symbol of healthy. It&#039;s sounds to me that thin to you means too skinny. But being thin is about being at a healthy weight. Being thin makes me happy cause I having better self esteem and when I take the time to get ready I can say Damn I look good. When I was overweight I could never feel that way.&lt;/p&gt;

If that &quot;inner child&quot; wants to eat something that you know is a no-no, then indulge with just a litte to satisfy.  That will kick the craving, and if you haven&#039;t eaten it in a while you may realize that you don&#039;t even like it that much anymore!  Living this way with food will help you maintain the weight YOU are supposed to be at.  Find what works for you!&lt;/p&gt;
