I&#039;ve strayed away from regular journaling, but have been thinking a lot about it. I even tried one-sentence journaling for a while...
I really like the addition of the tracking, including the healthy &amp; happy list.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;One question... do you actually do each item every day, or do you strive to do many and hope to touch each item in the week?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Seems like a lot of goals for one day, and I&#039;m afraid I&#039;d get overwhelmed &amp; frustrated.&lt;/p&gt;
