I will continue to eat anything I want to, including my current obsession: lots and lots of fresh organic fruit. Pounds of it. I will gorge myself on fruit! (And oil or coconut milk- so I don't have a hypoglycemic reaction- I know what I like, but I also know my body.)

I also want to take advantage of my days off and get outside during the DAY, as much as possible.

Small prizes motivate me. I used to when I lack motivation get a calender and do a smile face for every 30 min workoutout I do. When I get thrity smiles I get to get a prize. It can be something real cheap like dollar lotion or new weights.
