Some people are thin and smart. Some are overweight and smart. But also, you bring up a point about how you should be focused not on body weight, but character and personality. What if you did lose yourself because you were trying to lose weight?&lt;/p&gt;

When you excersize and when you take care of yourself, doesn&#039;t it make you feel good. When you just get done excersing, don&#039;t you feel like you did something to better yourself? I love to work out because of the feeling I get when I see results. Personally, I believe that if you want to be a certain size and look a certain way, then all you have to do is work hard at it. Remember nothing is impossible!&lt;/p&gt;
