Wieght loss is very emotional.I get jealous of my friend and family for eating what I want.I have to remind myself it's a lifestyle change and regular excersize plus healthier food and portions are worth it.

Ice-cream is not messily bad. Fat doesn’t mean evil or even ugly. There are people who look good fat or thin. Fat is just fat. Yes there are evil fat people just as there are evil thin people but people aren’t evil or bad or wrong because they are overweight. I lost weight for health reasons. It’s funny how some people treat me. I worked hard when I was fat.

I feel the same way as you do...I can hate myself for gaining 2 pounds over the weekend for the whole week until I loose it. So many negative images reflecting on fat people that it makes you terrified to gain a couple of pounds when I have 15 still to loose. I'm at 150 and 5'3". I've struggles with weight my whole life. I try to focus on getting my hour of cardio and 2 days of weight train in to know that I haven't let myself down. My friend’s youngest daughters at the age of 7 are now facing issues like diet pills and it scares me. These little girls should be focusing on playing and enjoying their youth, not about how fat they are. Love themselves.
