		<description>&lt;p&gt;I always obsess about food so I just try to make it work for me the best I can.   I find doing a loose plan helps me with structure. It’s just a daylily not to myself.  I also right the points I plan to consume for the week with my fp. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Hubby and I plan our dinners every week before we go grocery shopping, and I think it&#039;s one of the cornerstones of my success. We also usually make recipes that make several servings, so we have healthy lunches the next day too.&lt;/p&gt;
