		<description>&lt;p&gt;I find eating smaller amounts helps me. My husband brought home Chinese food at 15 points a cup it was two points more than I had.  I figured the points for one and ate that and munched and enjoyed that little piece. I ended up with 12 points I could use on other things.&lt;/p&gt;
