I started at roughly the same time Chris did with a small fraction of the enthusiasm. I haven't been consistent with exercise and I still have an occasional glass of wine with dinner. One thing I have done is keep track of what I'm eating, which seems to help self-regulate overeating. In the same two month time period, I'm down from a starting point of 190 to 178. The key longterm is finding time to exercise to really bolster the results.

The hard part is following the program even after you lose it.
I need to decide to exercise more.
