All I Have Is Now

Click here to see the video You’re still my workout buddy and I talk to the camera, imagining you seeing me workout on the treadmill. Here is a little clip from one of my workouts. I was walking during my warmup and I realized that all I have is today. I can eat healthy today. I can exercise today. I can’t change yesterday and tomorrow isn’t here yet. All I have is now.

    I agree. You can’t change how you got that way, you can only change what you do now. Nothin to it but to do it. Fitness is a way of life and a mindset that cannot go away. If it does, then you’re destined to be back on the couch and obese in no time. Don’t you feel a lot better when you’re done working out, even if you really didn’t want to beforehand?

    Hi all; Tis true fitness and working out is the best thing that you initialy hate but love when you see the results as well as the euphoria , once you’re done. You gotta push yourself, cause no one can do it for you;
