I like these strategies. I too believe that moderation can make a new eating regime more like real life instead of a diet. But, I wonder if continuing to cave into cravings will continue the mind-set of "diet." I know that if I think I am on some short-term relationship with food called a diet, I will eventually go off "the diet" and probably gain back all weight I lost.
I guess there is something still in me that wishes I didn't have to be so mindful of eating. But, I think that I have a fantasy that all skinny people love broccoli the most, which I suspect is also not true.
Reading articles like this "feel my head" so thanks.

A great description of what to do when the unwelcome thoughts get into your head!

I hope it´s ok that I put a link to this site on my website?!

That's what I like about the Weight Watchers site--all the recipes available. When I change up what I eat I'm more into watching what I eat instead of just doing what I have been doing.
