I agree with "Me", I'm also married with 2 jobs and studying at a University 28 miles from home. I told myself that I did not have time, and to be fair, it's just an excuse...
Since I made the time, I exercise regularly and LOVE it. Because I exercise regularly, my body "regulated itself" to eat less. I can't take any more food as I used to. But I still have plenty of treats.
I lose weight naturally, and i'm confident my body will "balance" itself when I lose "enough" weight naturally.
Just be ware of injuries, otherwise, go for it!
All the best to you all!

I worked out for 2 hours a day for almost 8 months. I literally put my life on hold to lose 112 pounds. I went from a size 28 to a sexy size 8. I had no health problems before and no health problems after. It has been 3 years and the weight is still off but only because I continue to exercise 4 days a week (30-45 minutes) and watch 75% of my meals per day. You want it.........take it by force........it's yours! Good Luck !

Making a change in lifestyle can be a real challenge, especially for those of us who aren't in the habit of exercising regularly. To those of you in that boat (and I'm addressing myself here too) let's commit to at least one small change each day. By breaking it down, it becomes a lot more managable and less intimidating. As we go along, it'll get easier, and before you know it, these positive changes will become habitual and (gasp!) maybe even easier :) We can do it.

I think I read that Ms. Simpson worked out for about 2 hours a day and watched her diet. If I had time to work out for 2 hours a day and had a nutritionist plotting out every meal for me, I could look like that too!
