		<description>&lt;p&gt;Absolutlely. Writing about things that you are passionate about such as fitness and other topics can really be a tonic for the soul. I have also found that writing is a great way to begin a goal setting program for any sport or fitness program that you are trying to be successful in.&lt;/p&gt;
