I realize this post is ancient but I am crying. I just got notice today that Figure is being replaced by Ladies Home Journal of all magazines! NOOOOOOoooooo. If I wanted a saccharin magazine I'd buy one. I am SOOOOO bummed!!!! I overlooked the annoying fluff and was so inspired by the women and clothing. I have been anxiously awaiting my next issue and then instead I get this.

I truly miss mode magazine but where I live in New Jersey. The Walmarts and target stores never pushed the magazine but 1 once in a blue moon. I am having a hard time finding a good plus size magazine.

Oh my gosh! I LOVED Mode magazine. I thought those women were beautiful and I stopped hating my body. I really did. It made a huge difference for me. Also, plenty of the women in Mode magazine were at a very healthy weight. They had size 10 and 12 women in their magazine. It's amazing that that can be considered plus size in the fashion world. I was probably size 10/12 at the time and thought I was fat. Now I say I have fat on my body, as does everyone else, and I don't equate fat with anything.

I totally agree that to be healthier, you need to love yourself as is. It makes a big difference.
