		<description>&lt;p&gt;True... for weight loss, the person has to have that &quot;a-HA!&quot; moment and decide to do it themselves. It&#039;s not like people who are fat don&#039;t KNOW they&#039;re fat. They don&#039;t need our help. If someone asks me about what I do, then I&#039;m glad to tell them, but not till I&#039;m asked!&lt;/p&gt;

		<description>&lt;p&gt;wow, good for you. It is true in so many areas of life that the best way to help a person is just to accept them. I think that people pushing me to change (things that did not directly affect them, but just made them uncomfortable) was part of the crap I had to wade through TO change. I try to remind myself of that when I want to change people I love. It is such a gift to just be accepted as you are.&lt;/p&gt;
