I have 2 stability balls and i love it. I just recently tried yourself fitness as well. iIn one week i am already starting to notice a difference. I have more strength builing in my lower back which is really week. I feel less pain then when i do the regular crunches. In my opinion, don't be embarrased of your ball. Tell people, i do. It is extreamly good for people with cronic pains to exercise easily and in their own home without all the big equipment. Well enjoy, i am!!
